Guardian Turret

The guardian turret is a deployable AI-controlled assault rife which can be setup in the game and when it detects enemy it will automatically fire at the target enemy.

Guardian Turret Overview

The Guardian Turret is a Medium Build specialization in the game, offering players the ability to deploy an automated stationary device that engages enemies.

It can be strategically placed on walls, floors, ceilings, or objects, and when mounted on a carryable item, contestants can move it around.

With a 150° detection line-of-sight, the turret automatically targets enemies within its view, turning to face attackers from behind. However, its range is limited, and it won’t detect foes beyond that range.

The turret boasts 300 health but can be destroyed with sufficient damage, with melee attacks dealing amplified damage.

Upon spotting an enemy, the turret relentlessly fires, tracking their movements until line-of-sight is broken or the turret is destroyed.

Turrets act as solid obstacles, potentially blocking contestant movement and projectiles, or being vaulted onto.

To add strategic depth, Glitch Grenades can temporarily disable turrets. Contestants can only have one turret active at a time, and placing a new one relocates the existing turret.

A 40-second cooldown follows turret placement, during which a contestant cannot deploy another. The cooldown resets if the contestant picks up the active turret.

Activation takes 5 seconds post-placement, and the turret’s line of sight can be obstructed by Goo, offering an effective countermeasure. The Guardian Turret excels in area denial, controlling choke points, and dealing significant damage.

Its surprise element, when deployed in unexpected locations, adds a strategic edge. However, players can exploit its limitations, such as limited range and slow rotational speed, to outmaneuver it.

While any melee weapon can damage the turret, the Dagger stands out by destroying it in a single hit.

There are 5 levels for this specialization which you can complete by using the guardian turret in your matches. These are the 5 levels of guardian turret specialization:
